By using Irrigato’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided
Irrigato provides certified backflow testing for residential irrigation systems throughout the Denver metro area. Services include annual backflow testing, documentation, and optional submission of test results to local municipalities when required.

2. Customer Information & Privacy
By scheduling service with Irrigato, you consent to us collecting and storing your information (such as name, address, phone number, email, and backflow test history) in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
We use this data to:
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Send test reminders and follow-ups
• Notify you of service updates or required retests
• Communicate promotions or other Irrigato offerings
Your data will never be sold to third parties. It is securely stored and used only by authorized Irrigato personnel or trusted software partners necessary to perform core services.

3. Communication Consent
By engaging Irrigato, you agree that we may contact you via:
Phone
Text (SMS)
Email
Mail
These communications may include appointment confirmations, reminders, billing notices, safety notices, seasonal service reminders, and occasional promotions. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided.

4. Online Bookings
Appointments made through our website or booking platforms are considered binding. By submitting a booking request, you agree to:
• Provide accurate contact and property details
• Allow us to confirm or modify your appointment time if needed
• Ensure access to the backflow assembly on the scheduled date
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety, or access issues. Missed or inaccessible appointments may incur a rescheduling fee.

5. Scheduling & Access
By booking an appointment, you agree to:
• Ensure water is turned on and accessible during your scheduled window
• Provide clear access to the backflow assembly
• Cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance
Missed or inaccessible appointments may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

6. Service Limitations
Irrigato provides testing only. We do not make repairs or replacements unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If your assembly fails the test, we will provide documentation for you or your contractor to resolve the issue.

7. Billing & Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms are agreed in writing. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, ACH, and checks.

8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally and in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached:
• Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Colorado
• Each party will be responsible for its own legal fees and costs
• Arbitration will be conducted by a mutually agreed upon arbitrator or by a neutral third party in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
You waive your right to bring disputes in court or participate in a class action.

9. Limitation of Liability
Irrigato is not responsible for damages resulting from faulty or improperly installed assemblies, pre-existing plumbing conditions, or failure to maintain your irrigation system. Our responsibility is limited to conducting and documenting certified backflow tests.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
